Tasks

As Building Manager, you’ll be the face of this landmark building—shaping the daily experience of tenants, visitors, and partners. This is not a traditional FM role; we want someone who sees the building as a destination and its occupiers as guests. You will curate a best-in-class environment that blends operational excellence with genuine service culture. -Build strong, meaningful relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded -Deliver a premium, hospitality-level customer experience for all occupiers and visitors -Support community-building initiatives, events, and engagement programmes -Bring a proactive, solutions-driven approach to continuous improvement across service standards -Lead front-of-house excellence and ensure the building is always welcoming, safe, and impeccably presented -Oversee day-to-day building operations, working closely with service partners to guarantee flawless delivery
