Tasks

-Design, Update, and generate analysis reports for the suppliers’ performance to ensure aligned common measures to assess the suppliers, and complied to manufacturing practices. -Consult and align with the Business Information System Teams across the company on methodologies, templates to map, document, deploy measures and monitors the due business processes. -Monitor and analyse the non-conformities reports and customer ratifications to ensure corrective actions are well implemented and meeting the desired targets. -Review the internal processes with in accordance with quality tools to ensure the process improvement of the audit findings and customers complaints. -Recommend on the development of the vendors’ prequalification criteria to ensure placement and coverage of all quality measures, and required product certifications. -Conduct and design training and awareness sessions for Quality Initiatives and ISO’ objectives, processes and procedures to ensure aligned understanding among the related employees. -Recommend the necessary tools, standards, or measures to derive the necessary amendments on the processes. -Recommend on the vendors’ qualification and renewal occasions, in reference to all inspection and quality records. -Consult on the functions’ compliance to the company’s Document Management System (ADMS), and Record Management System in line with ISO 9001 requirements. -Design and update the Record Management System’s policies, file plans, record classification, record retention and disposal in accordance with the local regulations and ADNOC COP.
