-Monitor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date. -Administer and ensure that entered items have the correct job codes. -Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data. -Maintain proper back up files for research and reference.

What You Bring

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personnel in a diverse work community. -High School Diploma or GED required. -Construction industry related experience preferred. -Must have reliable transportation. -This position operates in a professional office environment that routinely uses standard office equipment requiring the ability to communicate in person and over the telephone with other employees, the ability to interpret printed materials and a computer screen, the stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, the ability to lift and carry supplies and files weighing up to 10 pounds and to move about the inside of the office to access supplies, office machinery, etc. -Multi-task and work under time constraints. -Knowledge of the general policies and practices of construction companies preferred. -Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. -Advanced computer and database management skills. -One (1) to (3) years of data entry experience preferred.
