Overview

Oversee sealant, waterproofing installations, safety, crew, and project progress.

Tasks

-Assist with the hiring, training, and retention of field employees. -Coordinate appropriate equipment & crew size needed for the project to be completed in an efficient manner. -Determine the proper installation sequence based on the site & precast produced to work efficiently & effectively. -Complete and follow-up on reports, RFI’s, Change Orders and other documents as needed. -Management of job costs and resources such as rented equipment. -Attend jobsite meetings/coordination meetings with contractor. -Safety of crews/personnel – promote, enforce, and develop strong safety culture. -Source necessary construction equipment & materials to complete the project. -Assist Project Manager to complete billings in a timely manner. -Promote Wells Sealants & Restoration in the field for additional work/contracts. -Prepare and work with foreman to produce daily reports explaining progress made & problems encountered.

-Mobility and ability to move around the office as needed. -Understand safety requirements to maintain a safe job site. -Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. -Moderate to high risk of exposure to unusual elements. -Ability to work with others to get the project completed efficiently. -Valid driver’s license required and ability to safely operate a company vehicle. -Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment. -Experience with Microsoft Office. -Must be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently. -Understand and accept changes that are implemented to become Best-in-Class. -Large and complex project experience preferred. -Must always carry in a professional manner. -Must be able to lead a team with respect and dignity. -Must be able to read and interpret project plans and specifications. -Must have interpersonal communication skills to interact with co-workers, supervisors, and managers. -Visual acuity and ability to read small print. -Moderate to high exposure to jobsite environment. -Complete understanding or ability to learn scopes of work including but not limited to caulking, traffic coatings, expansion joints, carbon fiber, field patching, concrete repair, air barrier, and waterproofing. -Must be motivated and self-driven to complete a task. -Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment. -Moderate to high risk of safety precautions -Possession of valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle. -Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others. -High School Diploma or GED -Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in sealant/waterproofing/air barrier application. -Knowledge of products the company uses, and which products would work best.
