Tasks

-General administrative responsibilities within the document control function including data entry, providing training of new users, and maintaining internal process documentation. -Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness. -Ensuring documents meet standards for production. -Ensuring that contract requirements are met. -Overall responsibility for managing and maintaining the document control systems for all incoming and outgoing documents in support of the project.

What You Bring

-Assuring project participants are trained in practical application of systems -5+ years of Document Control experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., drawings, technical specifications, submittals, RFIs, etc.) -Proven experience with Aconex, SharePoint, industry standard EDMS and MS Office. -Must be willing to work in the office 5 days a week. -Willing to travel within the US. -Bachelor’s Degree in related field. -Subject Matter Expert for the document control systems implemented. -Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology.
