Tasks

-Develop the regulatory landscape beyond 2030, identifying and securing future investment opportunities to enable continued growth. -Secure funding for all licensed business activities, including investment and revenue, while evolving our licence and the wider regulatory framework to maximise delivery and performance opportunities. -Head of Regulatory Delivery and Performance – ensuring compliant, optimised delivery of our price control settlement and securing bespoke funding for specialised business investments. -Lead a high-performing regulation team, developing its capability to support SSEN Transmission deliver the critical network investment needed for Net Zero. -Head of Regulatory Policy – developing the regulatory framework for the future and securing the investment opportunities post 2031. -Head of Regulatory Investment – securing funding for a wide range of critical infrastructure projects progressing through regulatory uncertainty mechanisms. -Maintain and strengthen our trusted relationship with Ofgem and GEMA, ensuring effective engagement and compliance across all activities. -Leverage regulatory activity to enhance SSEN Transmission’s and SSE Group’s reputation across industry and government, positioning us as a trusted and influential voice.
