Senior Project Manager - Interior Fit Out - Belfast

Lead CAT B office fit‑out projects, overseeing site ops, commercial, supply chain & client liaison.

Tasks

-Keep up to date with and apply all legislative changes as appropriate. -Ensure that site records are being issued in a timely manner to the GRAHAM SHE team. -Arrange and carry out defects to meet the client’s expectations. -Regularly report on all aspects of contracts under his/her control to the Senior Contracts Manager/Contracts Directors. -Complete KPI’s on projects. -Issue approval for work packages prior to appointment. -Assist with developing the supply chain. -Co-ordinate trades, materials and deliveries to project requirements. -Upload all information to GKS on a weekly basis. -Ensure a best practice approach to health and safety across all projects. -Arrange sub-contractor performance review meetings weekly to discuss operational site issues. -Manage change, record variations and communicate to the GRAHAM team. -Commercial management of all contracts under their control to achieve set targets. -Arrange and hold subcontractor pre-start meetings discussing the project, IT requirements, and what is expected by GRAHAM. -Ensure that all works are planned and are being carried out safely on site. -Responsibility for all SHE management on projects under their control. -Assist in recruitment as required within their team/wider department. -Participate in senior management debates/ decisions with regard to departmental development. -Ensure that projects are handed over as per client’s requests and expectations. -Lead the project delivery team. -Ensure close liaison with the GRAHAM commercial team to manage project performance. -Assist with the development of the supply chain. Manage the supply chain -Liaise with client’s team on project start up particulars. -Prepare progress reports, including discussing progress with supply chain partners for information relevant to the project. -Assist in adjudication of tender submissions within the department. -Complete project reviews. -Ensure that site records are being kept. -Have overall management responsibility for all contracts under their control. -Have responsibility for all plant on contracts under their control. -Manage client liaison and feedback. -Management and development of all staff under their control. -Arrange and chair project handover meetings between the estimating team and operational team. -Lead supply chain interviews for pre work package appointments.

What You Bring

-Flexibility to work and travel on short term projects across the UK -Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the Fit Out industry with most likely a commercial and programme background. -Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple workloads -Ability to negotiate at a senior level -Demonstrate experience of managing a team and resources to deliver to exacting deadlines -Demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to work at a senior level -Demonstrate experience of working in a client focused environment -Have a clean driving licence -Demonstrate previous experience in a senior role -Demonstrate a sound knowledge of commercial and contractual issues.
