Tasks

-Present and discuss technical solutions during internal and external meetings. Participate in projects to investigate technical issues and generate fixes and solutions. -Maintain a database that reflects components technical capabilities versus operational parameters. -Create technical instruction (Basic Solution and Engineering Requests), communication and the implementation and its effects. -Support the preparation and the execution of maintenance outages as part of multi-functional global teams. This includes scope definition, spare parts and tooling requirements. -Analyse together with our partner organization the applicability of solutions and the implementation plan of new and refurbished Blades & Vanes into individual Gas Turbines and cross the fleet. -Monitor the operation of our Gas Turbine Blades & Vanes with a focus on technical issues and respective mitigation measures.

What You Bring

-Proficient in software applications and databases, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Material Engineering. -Strong technical writing and presentation skills, with the ability to lead expert teams and build networks in a global team environment. -Solution-driven team player with knowledge of metallic materials and mechanical integrity, capable of structuring and analyzing information. -In-depth knowledge of gas turbines, including blades and vanes characteristics, materials, and coatings. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical projects related to gas turbines.
