We are seeking a full-time Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. This hybrid role allows for a mix of office-based and remote work. As a Senior Engineer, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of engineering projects. Daily tasks include preparing technical designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing sustainable solutions. This position requires expertise in both technical execution and client engagement to drive project success. -Strong technical skills including MEP Engineering Design, system calculations, and sustainability integration -Project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation -Knowledge of energy efficiency, green building certifications, and regulatory compliance -Strong collaboration and communication abilities for cross-functional teamwork and client engagement -Leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams -Experience in innovative and sustainable design methods is a plus -Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred -Proficiencies in industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
