Tasks
-Provides an efficient recruitment process managing all applicants and coordinating with hiring Managers through UKG. -Develops and audits job descriptions to reflect each position’s requirements. -Schedules pre-employment and developmental assessments. -Conducts the complete recruitment cycle. -While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. -May be required to work long hours for extended periods of time. -Maintains confidential employee records and personnel files. -Maintains and builds partnerships with post-secondary schools, recruiters, temporary help agencies, and other organizations as required. -Main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, delivering a personalized experience to guarantee that recruitment requirements are fulfilled.

What You Bring
-Occasionally, especially when managing multiple projects and during problematic opening and/or closing phases of projects, mental stress can be taxing. -Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS and sourcing platforms LinkedIn Recruiter. -The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. -The employee is occasionally required to sit and smell. -NOTE – Where allowed, employees who work in positions classified as “safety-sensitive” can be disciplined if they test positive for marijuana or its metabolites, even if they have a valid state medical marijuana license. In addition, Flintco may also refuse to hire applicants for safety-sensitive jobs who test positive for marijuana as part of a pre-employment drug test, even if those applicants can produce a valid medical marijuana patient license. -Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. -2 to 4 years recruitment experience in the construction industry is preferred. At least 2 years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process. -Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent related experience. -Demonstrates adaptability in structured and unstructured settings, effectively manages pressure, handles competing priorities, and meets deadlines. -Exceptional organizational and communication skills. -High level of discretion and confidentiality. -High collaboration, engagement and customer service focus.
