Tasks

-Oversee accurate administration of employee data and ensure clear and timely HR-related communication with employees. -Partner with (senior) management and designated departments to provide proactive HR advice and support, aligning people solutions with business objectives and organizational priorities. -Coach and support employees on a wide range of HR topics to enhance engagement, development, and performance. -Ensure compliance with local laws, labor legislation, and internal policies and procedures. -Lead allocated HR programs and projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. -Managing and executing HR processes: recruitment, salary reviews, staff planning, performance appraisals, talent management and succession planning. -Drive and support organizational change initiatives by providing HR guidance, facilitating change management processes, and ensuring smooth transitions for employees and teams.
