-Write project procedures -Write subcontract Change Orders -Prepare bid packages and solicit and evaluate bids -Prepare Purchase Orders and Rental Agreements -Review plans for completeness and accuracy -Set up and maintain all aspects of the CMiC system -Supervise and train Project Engineers and clerical staff -Prepare billings and expedite payments -Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements -Estimate, prepare and negotiate Change Orders

What You Bring

-Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience -1+ years scheduling and estimating experience -3 -4 years construction experience -Able to perform all Project Engineer job responsibilities -Effective written and verbal communications skills and organizational skills -Field experience (Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent) -Thorough understanding of plans and specifications
