Tasks

-Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of materials for production and safety stocks. Raw Material ordering in some “business units” may be required. -Communication: Communicate production schedules, priorities, and updates to relevant stakeholders. Keep all teams informed of any changes to the production plan and address any issues that may arise. -Coordination: Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to coordinate production activities, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure timely delivery of products. -Quality Assurance: Collaborate with operations and quality control teams to ensure that production plans meet the requirements to produce a quality product. Monitor on hold items as needed to resolve in a timely manner. -Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, resource availability, material availability, and production capacity. -Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize production plans. Use this analysis to make informed decisions and improve production efficiency. -Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in production planning and execution. Implement best practices to optimize workflows and reduce costs.

What You Bring

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. -1-40 LBS -APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) -Master Data: Basic Master Data maintenance as required by team expectations. -1-10 LBS -40 plus hours per week, must be present during these hours to answer inquiries from management, other departments. -41-50 LBS -2+ years in related field, internship, or employed within the company. -51 OR MORE LBS -Technical Proficiency -Plant visit(s) – Required PPE provided by plants. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other production planning software. -High School Diploma -Metrics: Understanding of metrics and targets pertaining to business unit. -Time Management -21-40 LBS -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -11-20 LBS -Attention to Detail -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Associates or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, or related field -Problem Solving
