Tasks

Working alongside the Branch Manager, you’ll support all areas of the branch — from sales and customer service to stock control, purchasing, and team coordination. You’ll play a key role in helping the branch grow, maintaining high standards, and ensuring a great experience for every customer. -Support the sales team and engage with customers to drive business growth -Handle admin duties such as cash reconciliation and banking -Assist with daily branch operations and team supervision -Maintain health & safety and company standards across the branch -Support staff development and performance, including HR administration -Help manage stock, transport, and purchasing processes
