Overview

Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis for the Institutional Client Group finance team.

Tasks

-Support headcount and compensation planning, including incentive plan modeling and scenario analysis under guidance from senior team members. -Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to gather and synthesize relevant financial data. -Assist with M&A activities, providing financial analysis and documentation support as required. -Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency within reporting and analytics workflows. -Contribute to the development and standardization of reporting templates, leveraging tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Anaplan -Support product and distribution profitability analytics by collecting and analyzing financial data. -Coordinate with Investment Capabilities teams to collect pipeline data and business-at-risk information, contributing to flow forecasts and consolidated reporting. -Assist in preparing financial insights and reports for senior leadership, ensuring data accuracy and actionable recommendations. -Deliver functional and ad hoc reporting/analytics, responding to special requests and supporting cross-platform capability as needed. -Support global budgeting, forecasting, and expense management/controllership for PGIM’s Institutional Client Group (ICG), assisting in the preparation and review of financial models and reports. -Prepare and analyze KPI metrics and dashboards for monthly committee updates and executive presentations. -Maintain and update the ICG income statement and other financial documents, ensuring cross-platform consistency and compliance. -Assist in preparing consolidated flow reporting and sharing Investment Capabilities-specific reports with IC Finance leads. -Assist with special projects and analysis, contributing to team deliverables and supporting strategic initiatives across Finance. -Participate in industry surveys, providing data and analysis as needed.

What You Bring

-1 to 2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a related finance role. -Enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. -Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Anaplan and Power BI. -Experience in asset management or financial services with a strong interest in financial markets and investment products. -Strong interpersonal, communication, and partnering skills. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on process improvement and automation. -In pursuit of advanced degree and/or relevant certification (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus). -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. -Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial modeling and the ability to manipulate large data sets and create financial models. -High degree of professionalism, excellent work ethic, and solutions-oriented mindset
