-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. -May require occasional overtime or weekend work, especially during peak construction seasons. -Experience in customer service and administrative support. -Any combination equivalent to the experience and education that could likely provide the -ICC Permit Technician certification or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe. -Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices. -Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. -Proficiency in using computer software applications for permit tracking, data entry, record keeping, and correspondence. -Attention to detail and ability to review technical documents accurately. -Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
