-High school diploma or GED (required) -HVAC Certified (required) -Ability to work in various weather conditions as required by the job. -Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines. -Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely. -Ability to move furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed. -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, and working in confined spaces. -1-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field (preferred).
