Tasks

-Liaise with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. -Prepare and review contractual documentation, correspondence, and reports. -Administer and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. -Advise on contract strategy, risk mitigation, and procurement processes. -Support the resolution of contractual issues, variations, and claims in coordination with client and contractor teams.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Proven track record in contract administration on major infrastructure projects. -Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment. -Minimum 20 years work experience with 10+ years of contract administration experience within rail projects. -Qualified and chartered by a recognized international body such as Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is an advantage. -High attention to detail and professional integrity. -Experience working in international or Middle Eastern infrastructure projects is an advantage -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is essential. -Strong communication and negotiation skills.
