Tasks

Monitoring project costs and preparing payment recommendations Assisting with preparation of budget estimates and elemental cost plans Attending site and progress meetings with the project team Working with project teams to understand design and cost impacts Supporting change control processes and cost forecasting Supporting value engineering and feasibility assessments Assisting with the preparation of contract documents Helping to prepare tender documentation Contribute to the delivery of residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments from day one. You’ll gain exposure across all stages of the project lifecycle - from early-stage cost planning through to procurement and post-contract support. Supporting tender analysis and contractor appointment processes
