-Documentation & Reporting -Contribute to project documentation, plans, and progress reports that support transparency and informed decision-making. -Stakeholder Engagement -Act as a key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration across disciplines. -Team Coordination -Support the coordination of internal resources and third-party contractors, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication. -Continuous Improvement -Participate in the evolution of our Project Management Office, helping to refine processes, improve quality, and accelerate delivery.

-Strong influence and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information. -Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise. -Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members. -Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. -Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently. -Ability to cope with changes in circumstances and think in creative ways to solve the issues. -Good working knowledge of project planning software such as Microsoft Project. -IT or Computer Science -Experienced or demonstratable knowledge of both waterfall and/or agile methodologies. -Proactive self-starter, self-directed and driven to excellence in all aspects of role. -Ability to take ownership, lead and execute the correct actions. -Project Planning & Delivery -Learn to plan and manage projects of varying scale, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, resources, and quality are aligned to deliver meaningful outcomes. -Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. -Excellent written communication and attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing. -Customer service skills an asset. -Methodical approach to problem solving
