Tasks

-Supporting land promotion opportunities to drive business growth. -Collaborating with technical and commercial teams to ensure design and delivery are commercially viable. -Collating build costs, market research, and local planning policy information to support successful negotiations. -Identifying development opportunities through personal networks, property agents, and direct approaches. -Evaluating development sites and working closely with legal teams on acquisition terms, development agreements, and options. -Representing Dandara in meetings with local authorities, stakeholders, and community groups. -Managing and coordinating external consultants.

What You Bring

-Established relationships with local authorities and key contacts across Kent and East Sussex. -Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. -Strong understanding of the planning system, policies, and precedents. -RICS membership (desirable). -Experience identifying and taking housing sites through the planning process. -A proven track record in land acquisition, with at least 5 years’ experience.
