Tasks

-Drive business development: leverage and cultivate client relationships, lead proposals, and represent Arcadis in public forums. -Lead regional practice operations: strategy, business development, financials, and team management. -Mentor and grow a dynamic team of planners and engineers in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. -Oversee complex, multidisciplinary projects with full accountability for client satisfaction and financial performance.

What You Bring

-Professional leadership demonstrated by publications, committee memberships, professional presentations or other activities. -Proven leadership in staff development, client engagement, and financial oversight. -Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Engineering or related disciplines -Base can be LA, OC or SD -Deep familiarity and working experience with southern California agencies such as LA Metro, OCTA, SANDAG, SCAG, and local cities. -AICP, PMP or California PE preferred -Minimum of 15 years’ progressively responsible experience in multimodal transportation planning with an emphasis on complete streets, active transportation and/or public transit
