Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, including furniture relocation when necessary.
Support the Facilities Manager with defect reporting, snagging, and coordination of external contractors.
Conduct regular building checks, fire alarm testing, and compliance-related activities to ensure health and safety standards are met.
Manage maintenance requests efficiently, providing immediate solutions where possible and escalating when required.
Keep accurate maintenance records on the Yardi platform and ensure all tools and equipment are well maintained.
Carry out a wide range of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor electrical works, and routine inspections.
