Tasks

-Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans and procedures specific to EPC project phases. -Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments across engineering, procurement, and construction activities. -Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to multi-disciplinary teams. -Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; implement corrective and preventive actions. -Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and client representatives to promote a safety-first culture. -Ensure compliance with international and local HSE regulations, standards, and client requirements.

With in-house fabrication, marine expertise, and multidisciplinary capability, we deliver projects with scale, confidence, and care. -Ability to understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions. -Must have a NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent certificate; Additional HSE Trainings and Certifications -Bachelor’s degree or Diploma -Ability to conduct HSE inspections -Awareness of practical H2S control measures. -Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HSE in any industry, with at least 1 year experience in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations / production in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries. -Ability to understand and implement incident reporting and investigation procedures -Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.) -Ability to conduct HSE orientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers -Ability to speak read and write English with good communication skills.
