Tasks

-Maintain accurate records of work performed through Entrata Work Order app, including materials used, and time spent. -Train maintenance associates with new hire and mentorship programs and assist with orientation and other onboarding practices. -Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly. -Help maintain Article's maintenance standardization program for all communities, -Travel between assigned facilities to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. -Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. -Perform general building maintenance including painting, carpentry, and minor renovations. -Help interview new hires. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. -Help with vendor coordination and oversight. -Collaborate with Property Managers and other technicians to ensure coverage. -Ensure safe working practices are being followed by all maintenance staff concerning proper equipment handling and safety practices. -Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Requirements

What You Bring

-5+ years' experience in property management, hospitality, or construction. -Certifications in (EPA – Universal & CPO), OSHA10. -Demonstrated skills in operating and maintaining year-round programs and maintaining facilities. -Analytical and creative, coming up with smart solutions to new challenges. -Experience in the construction industry, terminology, codes, documentation, and building performance issues. -Demonstrated knowledge working with both vertical and horizontal buildings and high-rise boiler and chiller systems. -You connect well with others and share best practices. -management fields with demonstrated work experience in maintenance operations. -Familiarization with Microsoft systems.
