-Support procurement, tender evaluations, and cashflow forecasting in collaboration with project and commercial teams. -Coordinate cost data with finance, maintaining coding structures, SAP WBS elements, and accurate monthly reconciliations. -Implement integrated cost control procedures in collaboration with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. -Prepare and maintain forecasts including EAC, ETC, cost trends, earned value metrics (CPI/SPI), and risk-based contingencies. -Track and report cost contingency against risk exposure, ensuring transparency and timely corrective action. -Develop Power BI dashboards and cost reports to communicate trends, performance, and recommendations to project leadership. -Manage cost control activities for multiple work packages or sub-projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budgets. -Review and validate contractor claims and payments, manage VoWD, variations, and final account settlements.
