This hands-on role involves preventative and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems. You’ll handle repairs, respond to tenant requests, maintain inventory, and support property inspections. -Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license -HVAC & EAP certifications preferred -2+ years of experience in property maintenance or real estate -Strong knowledge of building systems and tools -Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
