Tasks

You will play a key role in shaping Hadron’s supply chain architecture for its first-of-a-kind micro modular reactor systems—bridging technical, operational, and commercial priorities to support the company’s rapid growth and future Gigafactory-scale production. The Supply Chain Manager will lead the development and execution of Hadron Energy’s sourcing, logistics, and inventory strategies—ensuring critical materials, components, and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with nuclear and quality assurance standards. This individual will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to establish a resilient, transparent, and cost-effective global supply network. -Implement process improvements and digital tools to enhance visibility, traceability, and efficiency across the supply chain -Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics related to quality, cost, delivery, and compliance -Oversee logistics, inventory management, and material planning to ensure timely project execution -Partner with Finance and Operations to forecast material requirements and manage procurement budgets -Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies and geopolitical vulnerabilities -Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to align technical specifications with supplier capabilities -Support long-term manufacturing planning for Hadron’s modular reactor production facilities and field deployment logistics -Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support prototype builds, pilot production, and full-scale reactor manufacturing -Build and manage relationships with domestic and international vendors, ensuring compliance with export control (10 CFR 110/810) and ASME/NQA-1 quality standards -Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, and contract negotiation for critical components, materials, and services -Develop and maintain the company’s approved supplier list (ASL) and vendor database

What You Bring

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The position is ideal for candidates with strong procurement, logistics, and operations experience who are passionate about building reliable, efficient, and scalable supply chains to support advanced nuclear manufacturing and deployment. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field -Proven experience developing and managing complex, multi-tier supply chains for technical or regulated products -Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills -Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and logistics optimization -Knowledge of ASME/NQA-1, ISO 9001, and DOE/NRC quality and compliance standards -Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent) for planning and tracking materials -Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities -Ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment -7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management, preferably within energy, manufacturing, aerospace, or nuclear industries -Familiarity with export control regulations and supplier cybersecurity compliance
