Tasks

-Engaging with dealers and customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships -Acting as a brand ambassador, representing JCB at customer and dealer visits, and industry events -Monitoring performance and market positioning, and identifying opportunities for growth -Analysing market trends and customer requirements to shape product roadmaps -Supporting and implementing initiatives to grow product sales across tyres, tracks, and wear parts -Collaborating with regional teams to develop market-specific offerings and promotional strategies -Leading and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver product lifecycle success
