What You Bring

-Familiar with QA/QC procedures and understands basic business practices and laws related to engineering -Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) -Minimum of 4 years of discipline specific engineering experience required -Professional Engineer (PE) license required -Demonstrates a strong knowledge of physical security engineering with the proven ability to practically apply engineering best practices -Proven ability to lead a team -Industry product knowledge centered around top manufacturers in each of the following: Electronic Access Control, Video Surveillance, Contraband/Weapon Detection, Personal Duress Systems, Perimeter Detection, Perimeter Protection, Programmable Logic Controllers, Intercoms/Paging, Guard Tour Technology, Key Systems, and Telecommunications -Proficiency with MS Office software required -Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and effectively work in a collaborative environment -Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) required -Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required -Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
