Tasks
We’re looking for a strong, hands-on HR Manager / Business Partner to support leaders and employees across the branch locations. This isn’t a back-office HR role — it’s highly visible, collaborative, and consultative. You’ll partner with managers on everything from talent acquisition and employee development to compliance and culture-building. You’ll also serve as a trusted sounding board to employees, helping create a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and set up to succeed. -Act as a consultative advisor on employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance. -Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and communication across all levels. -Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance; provide coverage when needed. -Travel periodically to the branch locations — more frequently at first to establish relationships, then as needed. -Lead or contribute to key HR initiatives including onboarding, development programs, and change management efforts. -Maintain current knowledge of employment laws and best practices to keep the organization compliant and ahead of trends. -Partner with leaders to design and deliver proactive people strategies around recruiting, retention, training, and engagement.

What You Bring
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on building relationships, driving change, and making a real impact? This is your chance to lead HR strategy and operations for a growing, people-first organization where your voice and expertise truly matter. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred. -7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or business partner roles. -Confident, approachable communicator with sound judgment and a steady, pragmatic style. -Strong recruiting, employee relations, and coaching background. -Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred); exposure to COINS or similar ERP helpful.
