Tasks

-Aligns landscape documentation with EPMO governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder engagement protocols for seamless project delivery. -Develops innovative outdoor spatial concepts that align with client goals, budget constraints, and visual aspirations, translating stakeholder vision into actionable design strategies. -Provides expert input during design reviews, value engineering sessions, and constructability assessments for stadium-specific landscape elements. -Integrates landscape planning with operational needs, ensuring effective crowd flow, security, universal accessibility (ADA compliance), and event-day functionality. -Maintains proactive client engagement, facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and resolving challenges throughout the design process. -Collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cohesive integration between landscape and architectural systems, validating final deliverables through rigorous quality assurance. -Supervises design execution, specifying materials, vegetation, and structural components while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and construction standards. -Leads comprehensive design management, overseeing schedules, interdisciplinary coordination, and budget control throughout all project phases.

-Professional accreditation in landscape or related disciplines. -Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval. -Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture, with over 20 years of experience in Programme, Project, or Design Management. -Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio of stadium, sports, or large public venue projects.
