Tasks

-Conduct site analysis and collaborate with our surveying team to assess site conditions, opportunities, and constraints. -Lead the landscape architecture design process for a variety of projects. -Ensure designs align with zoning codes, environmental requirements, and industry standards. -Partner with engineers, surveyors, planners, and environmental consultants to ensure seamless project integration. -Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance. -Incorporate sustainable design principles, green infrastructure, and low-impact development strategies. -Engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand needs, present design concepts, and manage expectations. -Develop conceptual and detailed landscape plans that balance function, aesthetics, and sustainability.
