Tasks
-Assist with the review of clash detection and follows reporting and resolution process. -Assist with the changes to digital model presentations for clients. -Assist with tasks that support the development of digital delivery standards, processes, and tools. -Assist with the changes to virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders. -Complies with all policies and standards -Assist with the implementation of digital delivery methods, procedures, and tools. -Assist with researching and compiling required project-related data and performs metadata audits. -Assist with supporting tasks specific to Integrated Project Delivery for design-build projects. -Assist with the facilitation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination -Assist with all aspects of project setup, such as model file setup, digital project setup; project access, cloud services; digital procurement; miscellaneous support tasks, etc. -Assist with digital delivery tasks using QA/QC standards to adhere to digital delivery scopes of work, schedules, and budgets. -Assist with creating digital delivery content for the proposal process. -Assist with developing and integrating the digital delivery schedule and project compliance.

What You Bring
-Associate Degree and 2 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams. Required or -Bachelor Degree in virtual design and construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited program. Required or -Prior internship and/or related consulting experience Preferred -Basic software and computer skills, including BIM (Revit), Adobe Suites and 3D Rendering Programs, are required. -Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). -Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located. -Demonstrated leadership skills. -Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred. -Basic knowledge of standard digital delivery software, standards, and project deliverables. -Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -4 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams in lieu of a degree. Required
