Assist in meal service and hospitality for seniors in a healthcare setting.

Tasks

-Complete all necessary logs and quality assurance checklists as specified -Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order and cleanliness -Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service. Wash and distribute clean dishes -Correctly and efficiently serve meals, take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously -Maintain safe and sanitary conditions in work areas and satellite kitchens, including the proper removal and disposal of all garbage and waste -Follow the guidance of the Dietary Manager and Hospitality Director and completing any additional tasks when requested

What You Bring

-Required minimum of 1 year experience working at a senior living facility/ health care facility -Ability to multitask -Strong interpersonal skills -Teamwork and ability to work independently -Communication skills -High School or GED -Plate according to residents meal ticket and be familiar with residents’ therapeutic diets and personal food preferences -Ability to work under pressure -Strong organizational skills -Front of house service skills -Hospitality minded -Required minimum of 1-3 years experience working in hospitality service -Strong work ethic
