Tasks

-Mentor and train junior cost analysts. -Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and advise leadership on financial performance and risk. -Lead cost management, reporting, and forecasting for large-scale EPC and power generation projects. -Support audits, ensure compliance with financial policies, and champion continuous improvement in cost processes. -Develop and maintain detailed cost reports in Excel and Power BI.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and cost management software (EcoSys, JDE, Procore). -Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Finance, Construction Management, Engineering) or equivalent experience. -Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. -3+ years of experience in cost control or project controls within the construction or infrastructure sector. -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
