Overview

Assist with accounting tasks, invoicing, reconciliations, and admin support in Kelowna office.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Fielding telephone calls, filing, and data entry, typing of various correspondence and formatting of documents. -Reconciling supplier statements. -Filling in for office receptionist as required (multi-line switchboard with paging system). -Running and updating reports. -Assisting with board meeting preparation (i.e. coordination of information, preparing tabs, distribution of board material, room setup, and beverage/food setup). -Assisting with overflow work from other administrative staff. -Entering invoices into the PCL accounting system.

What You Bring

-Must be proficient on the computer and have intermediate skills in MS software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
