As IT Operations & Cyber Lead, you will manage Humanoid’s corporate IT environment, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and scalable as the company grows.This is a hands-on leadership role, combining responsibility for end-user computing, identity and access management, corporate networking, and cyber security operations. -Ensure operational standards for backup, configuration, and change management. -Partner with Engineering to align product and corporate security practices. -Define and maintain IT and security policies, standards, and procedures. -Conduct regular access reviews and maintain least-privilege and zero-trust principles. -Implement and manage endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and SIEM/logging tools. -Manage Humanoid’s corporate IT infrastructure, endpoints, office networks, connectivity, and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Miro etc.) -Design and operate IAM frameworks covering SSO, MFA, and RBAC across all relevant corporate systems. -ITSM Lead, who manages service process, management and support -The IT Director, to align on overall strategy, operational reliability, governance, and security maturity with business growth. -Integrate IAM controls into SaaS and endpoint environments. -Produce operational and security metrics and report risks and incidents to the IT Director. -Lead incident detection and response, including root-cause analysis and remediation tracking. -Manage office and lab network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewalls). -Contribute to Humanoid’s IT roadmap, balancing speed, cost, effectiveness and security -Lead vendor management for hardware, software, and managed services. -Manage Humanoid’s corporate IT infrastructure, endpoints, office networks, connectivity, and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Miro etc.). -Deliver staff security-awareness and phishing-simulation programmes. -Collaborate with Engineering on separation and safe interconnect between corporate and robotics networks. -Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics -Maintain Humanoid’s information security risk register and control library. -Maintain monitoring, alerting, and performance reporting for corporate systems. -Engineering team, who manage product infrastructure (AWS, CI/CD, robotics environments); -Oversee corporate backup, recovery, and business-continuity processes. -Drive readiness for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance. -Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning in partnership with ITSM. -Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, across sourcing, procurement, deployment, patching, and recovery. -Ensure secure, high-performance connectivity for hybrid working and site-to-site links.

What You Bring

-Experience supporting product development environments (robotics, IoT, AI, or other R&D-heavy contexts). -Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks, particularly incident/change management. -Exposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, or NIST. -Prior experience scaling IT teams from small core functions into mature multi-discipline organisations. -Hands-on experience effecting tangible/measurable operational efficiencies through the deployment of AI solutions -Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives
