-Manage bidding and permitting processes. -Participate in construction administration and ensure adherence to project specifications. -Prepare Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.

What You Bring

-Strong design development and schematic design skills. -Experience in construction administration phase. -Adapt to the details of different project types including programming, code/zoning, entitlement issues, and construction documentation. -Proficiency in Revit. -Ability to produce construction documents. -Must be actively pursuing licensure or be a licensed architect. -Accredited degree in Architecture. -6-10 years of experience in the field.
