Assist senior superintendents to learn construction management in homebuilding.

Tasks

-Set and maintain high standards of performance by subcontractors and suppliers -Create framing, mechanical and insulation punch lists -Control costs by managing material usage -Take an active part in subdivision and model maintenance -Comply with OSHA regulations and other safety requirements -Utilize internal software/systems to show progress of job completion -Oversee the progress and quality of all jobs under construction

What You Bring

-Be proactive in answering customer questions about the building process -Experience using an iPad is ideal -The ability to hold subcontractors accountable for their work -Excellent organizational skills -2-4 years construction related experience preferred (This could be through an internship, short term position while in school, etc.) -Strong work ethic, eager to learn and customer focused -The ability to assist with scheduling, cost control and quality control -Basic computer skills -Verbal and written communication ;proficiencies with internal and external customers -2-4 year college degree in Construction Management/related field is preferred -The ability to read and comprehend blue prints
