The Role

Overview

Assist project teams with field surveys, QC, inventory, and closeout on construction sites.

Tasks

-Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating to ensure that all required audits/inspections are performed and documented. -Assist with subcontractor scheduling and management -Assist with RFI (Request for Information) submittals -Assist with material inventory and receiving paperwork. -Assist with final job closeout, as-builts, job binder creation. -Performs field survey work regarding layout and tracking of work activities, utilizing PC based software and GPS station/field equipment. -Assist with managing project specific quality control records and ensuring that required reporting is accomplished.

What You Bring

-24 hours of college credits completed -Adaptable and willing to learn -Problem Solving -100% Project Specific travel is required -Minimum GPA of 3.0 -Ability to work within a team -Strong work ethic -Currently pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management -Deadline Oriented -Have a basic understanding of the construction industry and accepted business practices -Comfortable with exposure to dirt, heat and noise -Written and Oral Communication -Other applicable degrees include: Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
