Tasks

-Approves design basis and coordinates design activities within discipline (including sub-contractors activities). -Serves as a technical point of contact for assigned project or product scope, and serves as a focal point for all communications related to scope. -Coordinates, prioritizes, adjusts, and directs the efforts of the discipline engineering work performed for the project and/or manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites. -This is an individual contributor position. The role is responsible for executing activities assigned by the manager, and execute it with the assigned team. -Works to the requirements of industry code related to subsea production systems, TechnipFMC standards and client specifications. -Ensures that the discipline engineering deliverables are compliant with contract requirements (including budget), project QHSE plan and TechnipFMC and discipline engineering processes and standards. -Leads project engineering, new product/technology development, product improvement and product standardization, and product qualification projects depending upon the assigned group. -Creates, reviews and approves part reports, drawings, engineering specifications and standards. -Develops product design, geometry standards documentation and product qualification requirements. -Mentors and provides technical guidance to Product Engineers and Designers/Drafters. Works collaboratively to accomplish project tasks. Provides independent review and approval of work packages.

What You Bring

-Riser engineeering- knowledge on SLWR, SCR. Must have performed strength, interference, fatigue checks for risers that are connected to FPSO or similiar floating units. -In-depth knowledge in detailed mechanical design of rigid pipelines with tools developed using Mathcad/MS Excel and engineering analysis for pipeline using software such as ABAQUS and OrcaFlex. -Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills -Strong technical skills in engineering -Understanding customer requirements and ability to translate them into product specifications -Excellent command of English -Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience in the field -Diverse rigid pipeline/ riser project experience, handled engineering solutions to projects in different WD and pipe sizes. -Nice to have experience in performing global FEA analysis for rigid pipeline such as global buckling, walking analysis, VAS. Hands on experience in different bukcle mitigation solutions for varying WD. -Good presentation and coaching skills -Strong project management skills
