Tasks

-Evaluate current business processes and systems used by clients to identify inefficiencies, issues, or gaps in functionality to be solved by the Procore platform -Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the Procore platform -Engage with clients and internal teams to gather, clarify, and prioritise system requirements in line with business objectives. -Work closely with product teams and implementation teams to verify that delivered solutions meet agreed functional and business requirements and identify areas for growth. -Design and configure functional solutions using Procore tools and integrations to address identified needs. -Recommend enhancements, extensions, or integrations to improve long-term system performance and business outcomes. -Prepare clear documentation, including requirements, configuration details, and process maps, for use by delivery teams. -Help diagnose and resolve issues during implementation, providing technical guidance to ensure successful solution adoption. -Own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration and close

What You Bring

-Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies -Experience working with Salesforce, Gong, Procore, Google suite, Lucidcharts and Adobe Acrobat -Proven sales engineering experience and/or experience in a sales quota carrying role -Proven track record of analysing existing business processes and systems to identify issues, errors and areas for improvement -Previous experience working with Procore on site -Proven track record working across global time zones -2+ years on site construction experience -Outstanding presentation and communication skills both in-person and through virtual meetings, direct message, email, etc. -Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
