Tasks

-Work with the Aviation team’s designers throughout the preliminary design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, and project closeout phases for a wide range of project types, focusing on aviation projects while engaging with other market sectors on initiatives with a firm-wide impact -Provide BIM/Revit project kick-off leadership on project execution planning, model setup, and team setup direction -Function as part of project teams focused on the following tasks, but not limited to: -Manage file transfers to consultant team members, clients, and contractors -Manage/verify project is following PXP and firm standards for sheet setup, dimensions, and annotation, client standards, etc. -Manage model health assessments and clash detection exercises -Supervise sheet set-up to follow project standards -Build on the firm’s standards to develop and maintain tools, families, templates, and processes specific for the Aviation sector -Lead integration of Revit products with other applications -This position will exhibit leadership in providing technical support, training, and development to all architectural and interior design staff in the Aviation sector. -Manage work-sets and overall model setup -Work with design consultants and contractor peers to allow the larger team to work successfully in a live/shared model environment -Establishing and supporting workflows related to: -Content creation & management for both the Aviation sector and large client programs -The Project Technology Coordinator will join our Aviation Team and work closely with the IT — Practice Team to proactively develop and implement best practices and workflows for all Corgan Offices, with a primary focus on Revit, its extensions, and third-party tools

What You Bring

-Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing -Architecture or Interior Design degree, or relevant AEC industry experience -Required experience in Autodesk Revit and other Autodesk suite software on large-scale projects -BIM end-user education experience preferred -Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) experience is preferred -Additional experience in any of the following systems preferred: Newforma, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Rhino, Grasshopper, Python, Enscape, Twinmotion, Affinity, and/or Building Analysis tools -Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional AEC firm environment -Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit is encouraged -Experience creating computational design-based solutions and/or experience with energy modeling or other sustainable design technologies preferred
