Manage service delivery, resources, and team performance for waste services.

Tasks

-Lead our people & assets to deliver/exceed service expectations. -Developing an excellent day-to-day relationship with client officers and residents, built on trust and service delivery. -Monitor operational performance, follow up on complaints, problem-solve for operational challenges. -Organise resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to best effect prioritising the well-being of our people and service to our customers and communities. -Ensure operations are run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements and supporting improvement plans. -Delivery of a first-time collection culture and all contractual performance KPI’s. -Ensuring training and competency checks are in place for all roles. -Investigate safety incidents, underperformance and disciplinary incidents.

What You Bring

-Transport Manager CPC qualification -Waste management experience -Prior experience in a leader / manager role of a large workforce. -Experience in developing/mentoring people. -IOSH managing safely Certification(s) -Good knowledge of basic health and safety regulations.
