-Oversee on-site operations and vendor relationships -Find, qualify, and convert leads seeking office space solutions -Hire and train on-site support team -Organize and host property tours -Lead and motivate team members -Conduct performance reviews and team development -Achieve occupancy and revenue targets -Manage business financial performance and reporting -Participate in annual business planning and budget development -Oversee event promotion and community building initiatives -Create engaging content-based events and customer engagement programs -Develop marketing initiatives and partnerships -Lead monthly client meetings and drive action completion
