Our client has a highly successful lettings & management department spanning 4 local offices and is currently looking to recruit a capable, highly organised, tech-savvy individual to lead the team. They pride themselves on their enviable local reputation and is looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a strong, multi-award-winning estate agency? Then, look no further! -Full UK driving licence and own car. -ARLA/NFoPP qualified would be beneficial -A strong work ethic -Live locally to Bracknell -1+ years’ residential property management experience -A fierce eye for detail -A genuine passion for property and customer service -Friendly and approachable -Tech-savvy – with experience using lettings CRM systems and digital tools

Benefits

The package on offer will include a basic of £27,000 to £28,000, plus on target earnings of £33,000. This is a Monday to Friday role.
