Tasks

-Installing Indoor Air Quality accessories, and ductwork -Providing the customer with a high-quality experience -Warehouse support staff -Maintaining a high-quality and timely job performance -Consult with customers and answer their questions -Supervise the work of other installers, and train new installers -Installing boilers -Retrofit / Changeout of residential heating and air conditioning systems -Test and balance systems

What You Bring

-Able to train and supervise others -Able to lift 50 lb. -Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems -Valid driver's license and insurable driver's license -Experienced in all HVAC low voltage systems -Dealer training for Carrier & Mitsubishi -High school diploma or its equivalent -Experience installing gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits and other residential systems -EPA Type 1 & 2 -Job lead experience -3 + years of residential retrofit/change out experience -Experience installing boilers
