Tasks

-Support work winning activities including capability presentations, proposal development and client relationships. -Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers and developers to embed sustainability from concept through to construction. -Provide technical guidance in areas such as thermal comfort, energy optimisation, climate resilience, whole-of-life carbon, and precinct-scale sustainability. -Take ownership of sustainability outcomes on high-profile and meaningful city-shaping projects. -Lead the delivery of sustainability strategies, environmental modelling, and certification frameworks across diverse project sectors. -Mentor and guide junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. -Influence design at early stages where it has the greatest impact. -Contribute to thought leadership and industry initiatives that advance sustainable design in the built environment.

What You Bring

-Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of building performance modelling, precinct or masterplan sustainability, and relevant certification frameworks (e.g., NABERS, Green Star, WELL, IS). -Leadership: Proven experience mentoring or leading team members. -Strategic mindset: Ability to think beyond compliance and translate sustainability ideas into practical, design-led outcomes. -Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with clients and multidisciplinary teams. -Experience: 8+ years in ESD, sustainability consulting, building physics, or related fields.
