-Uphold all alcohol service laws and safety regulations -Develop and maintain cocktail and beverage menus that complement our steakhouse offerings -Work closely with management to plan seasonal promotions, tastings, and events -Ensure proper inventory management, ordering, and cost control -Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area -Lead and train bar staff in service standards, recipes, and guest engagement

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wine, and spirits -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment -Current alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe, or state equivalent) -3+ years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role -Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills
